Club Membership Plus Completed. Inspected system found ac not cooling checked pressures found compressor not running. Checked 70+5 capacitor found it reading 10.26 on the compressor side of capacitor. Also found condenser coil impacted and drain line impacted. Recommend replacing bad capacitor and full preventive maintenance on system. Replaced bad capacitor with new 70+5 capacitor. Completed full preventive maintenance on system.
