Today James visited to reevaluate the listed concerns of the last two technicians. There were questions regarding the condensate drain and mold growth. James collected all of the information he needed to resolve the current issues and will get back with Cheryl on the next best steps. James also installed a new Ecobee thermostat that Cheryl had on-site.
