Today we visited for two separate issues. First, the system that controls the master bedroom did not seem to be heating or cooling. Second, The Honeywell thermostat app was not working consistently. For the air-conditioning problem, we learned. The three amp fuse in the air handler was burned. James reconnected all low-voltage wiring, and the system is now functional. In regards to the Honeywell app, James spoke with Honeywell tech-support, and they stated it is likely the thermostats will need to be replaced under warranty. We will be calling to arrange an appointment to replace and reconnect the four Honeywell T6, pro Wi-Fi thermostats.
