View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-F6D8F899B02148529444E4812C33425D Customer has no heating on the main level of home: This is a Carrier heat pump with electric heating strips - at arrival confirm the thermostat is calling for heating - No air flow from any vents - Check air handler inside basement crawl space- system is off - Confirm air filter is clean - Open blower cabinet door - Found blown 5 amp in line fuse inside of air handler - There are fuses taped to the system doors - Replaced the blown fuse and the system turns right on - Check the low voltage wiring and relays inside of the air handler- okay - Check the low voltage wiring and controls in outdoor condenser- okay - Check the low voltage wiring connections behind the thermostat- okay - Cycle system on and off multiple times testing heat pump and electric heating strips- normal operations This has been a intermittent issue in the past for the customer but has not happened
