Today I arrived on site to address the no heat issue in the master bedroom. Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Determined the heating system for the master bedroom was not functioning. Identified the fan motor as non-operational. Discovered the fan control board was also faulty. Observed the harness was in poor condition. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the master bedroom system is not working. The client mentioned that the tstat presented an alert on the screen. I proceeded to verify the tstat. The tstat is working correctly at this time. I proceeded to check the boiler unit. The boiler is working well for the moment. Check the circulated pumps of the system, all the circulated pumps are working properly. I proceeded to check the AHU of the master bedroom area. I confirmed that the tstat is calling for heating.
