Today I arrived on site to address issues with the WeilMclain Boiler unit. WeilMclain Boiler Service: Identified the WeilMclain Boiler unit was not working correctly, impacting both heating and DHW systems. Confirmed the control module and gas valve were malfunctioning. Completed maintenance to address the identified faults. Upon arriving at the client's property, the very friendly client invited me to go to his property. The client directed me to where the boiler unit is. The customer explained to me that the unit has been presenting an intermittent error in the boiler panel indicating a failure in the flame sensor. I proceeded to verify the unit. At first I noticed that the boiler needs maintenance to clean the burners and the pilot assembly that were dusty. I presented the estimate to the client and also offered him our service contract. The client cordially accepted the proposal. I proceeded to verify the system and do the tuneup of the unit.
