Today I arrived on site to address the reported issue with the 1st floor HeatPump. Service Actions: Addressed the low pressure (R410A) fault on the HeatPump system 1st floor. Identified and secured loose wiring connections at the AHU. Upon arriving at this property, the client explained to me that she needs a definitive solution to the situation of this system. I explained to the client that there are all the necessary checks to provide her with the most convenient solution for them. When checking the AHU in the basement, I found the blown fuse. I proceeded to check the wiring of the system and the vintages and amps of the system. I found the 240 volt cable loose in the electric heater. I also found two fuses out of place corresponding to the electrical heater. The electrical heater is only working two coils of 4 coils that it has integrated. I proceeded to check the condenser unit. The condenser coil was frozen. I proceeded to activate the defrost mode to defrost the condenser coil.
