Upon arrival spoke with customer. Customer is explaining that thermostat was just replaced yesterday. System was working after repair but after a few hours temperature was not going up on thermostat. Remove thermostat and jumped out wiring directly. Zone is working normally, both supply and return lines are hot. Checked all baseboard in basement found louvres closed in basement bedroom and x1baseboard non-operational. All other baseboard loop is heating. Check temperature split @ all baseboard. Temperature is over a hundred degrees. Re-installed thermostat on the wall and have thermostat call for heat normally. System is heating. Check zone valve voltage and resistance. Zone valve is operating correctly @ this time. All zone are heating. While on site checking and testing system operation. Thermostat went up three degrees. Customer will monitor thermostat and basement zone for any changes. System ran tested and monitored. Left all zone operational @ this time. View visual findings from
