Today I arrived on site 1st Floor HeatPump Inspection: Addressed the no heating issue reported for the 1st floor HeatPump system. Fault Identification: Discovered a clogged air filter. System Readings: Noted voltage at 198.8V and pressure at 320-340 psi. The highest pressure. Upon arriving at the property, The client explained to me that the HeatPump of the floor insurance is deficient. Temperatures do not rise to more than 53F on cold days. I proceeded to check the 1st floor system. I checked the system pressures, The pressures are a little out of range. I also checked the voltage of the condenser unit. The voltage is out of normal range for the proper functioning of the unit. The system requires a minimum of 208 volts. The system is currently receiving 198.8 volts which represents a deficiency in the operation of the system. We suggest the customer to check with the electrician to rectify the voltage supplied to the units. I also suggested the client to consider using 8-1
