Today I arrived on site HeatPump System Assessment: Identified the Daikin HeatPump system in the kitchen area as the source of the issue. Maintenance Action: Discovered the outdoor condenser unit was covered with snow. Cleaned the snow from the condenser unit. Resolution: The Daikin HeatPump system has a lot of snow accumulation. cleaned out all snow now system is back up and running. Upon arriving at the property, The client mentioned that the system that supplies Heat to the kitchen area is not heating enough. I proceeded to verify the Ducted AHU in the attic. This system has not been replaced the air filter since 2024. I also found the condenser unit covered with snow which was affecting the operation of the system. Clean the snow that obstructed the condenser unit. Reset the system. The system began to operate normally. I recommended the client to consider doing the HeatPump system tuneups.
