Today I arrived on site to address steam valve replacements. Service Actions: Replaced two steam vent valves on the steam boiler heating heater system. Flushed the boiler few times for the client. explained the client how to flush the boiler by herself. Upon arriving at the property, i explained to the client the reason for today's visit. Previously a recommendation was made to replace some steam vent valves in some radiators. The client was also recommended to replace a radiator shut off valve that was temporarily repaired to prevent water leakage. I explained to the client that it is very risky to replace the shut off valve of the radiator in the daughter's room. I explained the reasons why it is not advisable to replace this shut off valve. This house is about 90 years old. The radiator pipes have existed since this property was built. I explained and warned the client about removing this radiator to install the shut off valve.
