Customer has no heat throughout the entire home: * at arrival check the boiler with the customer * the circulator pumps are all on and running, but the main burner is off on the boiler * Found a pilot light out on the boiler * Try to relight the pilot with the customer- The pilot did not stay late the first try But did stay on the second try * this thermocouple was replaced at the time of the heating maintenance * Gave the customer the option to keep the existing thermocouple and see if it was a fluke or replace it again with a brand new as a preventative measure * the customer choose to replace the thermocouple at this time * Shut power down to the boiler * Remove the existing thermocouple from the pilot assembly on the gas valve * Performed a full maintenance on the pilot assembly, Cleaning the Gas Orifice and confirming no blockage * reassemble pilot assembly with brand new thermocouple and secure back in boiler and at gas valve * relight pilot- stays lit first try * return power t
