Upon arrival inspected boiler. Boiler is on run for normal operation. Checked 1st floor zone. Both supply and return lines are hot to the touch. Checked 1st floor Unico hydro AH. System is running blower motor on running. Filter is clean. Check temperature split @ supply outlets. 125 degrees. Cycle system on/off no issues while on site. Checked status and parameters @ boiler. Label all zones and tried to assist customer to connect WiFi thermostat remotely. Thermostat maybe showing intermittent issue where temperature are bouncing. Customer will monitor 1st fl thermostat operation. Thermostat may require to be replaced if customer notice thermostat ambient temperature jumps around from desired set temperatures.
