Customer has no heating from (2) zones in home ( first floor and master bedroom ) * at arrival thermostats are calling for heating and the indoor temp is below the set point * the air handler blower motors are on and running but blowing cold air * check boiler : zones 2 and 4 on Taco panel : circulator pumps are on and running * supply piping on top of pumps are cold indicating hot water is not circulating properly * explain to customer that it appears the zones are air bound and quoted repair which customer approved * shut power down to boiler * isolate heating zones and purge air from zones until coming back hot * return power to boiler and open all zones back up * test system operations for first floor, master bedroom and all additional zones * boiler fires- circulator pumps are on and running and all supply and return piping is heating properly * monitor boiler pressure and temperature- okay When preforming repair notice that the water feeder is extremely hard to lift up and is ge
