Today I arrived on site HeatPump Noise:Addressed the loud noise originating from the HeatPump condenser unit. Identified the reversing valve solenoid as the source of the noise. Nest Thermostat:Detected a malfunction with the Nest thermostat. Zone Identification:Confirmed the equipment serves a furnace unit with HeatPump auxiliary heat. Upon arrival at the property. The client explained to me that hearing a noise in the condenser unit. The client directed me to where the condenser unit is. I found the reversing solenoid val making noise. I found that the wire (B) is receiving volts from the tstat. I proceeded to check the furnace unit and the wiring. The furnace connections are secured and correct. I also checked the wiring of the condenser unit. The wires are secured and correct. NOTED: I proceeded to verify the Nest tstat. I found that the tstat plate is sending 15 volts to the (B). I recommended the customer to consider replacing the Nest Tstat. This tstat has a short ci
