Upon arrival spoke with customer. Customer is having issues with Living room Mitsubishi ductless HP indoor head. Customer had another company out prior to our visit, where it was discovered that indoor head is leaking refrigerant. while on site try to see if leak detector would pick up any trace of refrigerant gas. Detector did not pick up any activity of gas leak. Condenser was left off from previous visit. Put condenser back on to run and monitor refrigerant pressures. Condenser was found with no refrigerant. 0psi at both gauges, showed and explained to customer that system has a significant leak. Presented customer with a few options on locating and identifying a source of leak as well as adding refrigerant back into the system for proper working conditions. System is zoned with branch box installation where it’s possible that there’s multiple leak @ joints connection. Condenser was left off at this time. Follow up is needed.
