Today I arrived on site to address the airflow issue in one of the bedrooms. Identified insufficient airflow in a bedroom zone. Determined the heating and AC systems serve this zone. Found air leaks in the ductwork. Observed leaks at the basement registers. Upon arriving at the property, The client explained to me that she is experiencing insufficient airflow in one of the rooms. The client directed me to the basement where the furnace unit is. I proceeded to verify the system. I found the wiring of the system prepared in w1. Wire the system in W1-W2 so that it operates at 100% of its capacity. I also found several air leaks in the ductwork. I showed him and explained to the client about the situation. I suggested the client consider making a seal duct. It was also recommended to do the tuneup of the unit. The client mentioned that the tune has not been done for two years.
