Service call for system still not working after leak repairs. This is a Mitsubishi system with two ducted air handlers. On arrival customers were not home but I was told by the mother in law that the upstairs is not cooling and that the error code 1501 would pop up saying the system is under charged. Spoke to Mitsubishi tech support case# 812986. We noticed that when only running the 2nd floor system the suction pressure will lower to 15 psi with a head pressure of 275 and the system will start to freeze up indicating there is a restriction at the branch box for the 2nd fl system. Solution would be either to replace the branch box or we could hook up the lines for the 2nd floor unit to the 3rd port on the branch box that was not being used. This was explained to the customer and that there is not 100% guarantee that it would work but there is a possibility that it would with out changing the branch box. Customer agreed on the set labor price. System was pumped down the lines at
