RETURN VISIT FOR Evaporator Coil Replacement - Upon arrival pumped down refrigerant, removed existing evaporator coil, removed coil from from primary drain pan, Supplied and installed new Evaporator coil for 1st floor system, mounted and strapped piping, insulated suction line piping, re-did condensation drain line , pressure tested system for leaks and let nitrogen sit for about 30 mins System did not lose any pressure, pulled a vacuum on line-set to ensure line is clean & free of non-condensables ok, after pulling vacuum opened valves, started system ok, must return on a warmer day to accurately monitor pressures & possibly adjust. Unit is currently operational at this time. Reviewed work completed with client, emailed work summary, collected payment. Follow Up Action: Client to schedule return visit for us to monitor pressures on a warmer day.
