Upon arrival spoke with customer. Informed customer that I’m unable to get to equipment. Path needs to be shoveled to get to her system. Customer tried to get workers to clear path. Return visit is needed when path is clear and we’re able to speak with manufacturer (technical support) Office to follow up with customer.
