Today I arrived on site to address the customer's concerns regarding the heating and cooling systems. Thermostat Inspection:Performed a visual inspection of the thermostat. Reviewed the thermostat's functionality. Customer Education:Explained the system's operational principles. Demonstrated how to manipulate the thermostat settings. System Status:Confirmed the system is working as intended. Upon arriving at the property, the client mentioned that the system presented a failure displaying an alert in the tstat. Reset the system, the system began to operate normally. The system failure is related to overheating in the heater exchange of the unit. I proceeded to run the diagnostic system. The system indicates that there is an airflow restriction or the system ductwork is under size.
