Today I arrived on site to address the issue of the fan running constantly. Troubleshooting & Repair: Determined the humidifier was continuously calling for humidity. Rewired the humidifier. Resolution: System now operating as expected. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the AHU fan does not stop running. I proceeded to verify the tstat, the tstat is operating well. I proceeded to verify the AHU. I found the humidifier constantly activating. The reason that the fan was constantly running was because the hum was constantly activated and was activating the fan. I proceeded to re-wire the hum connections. Replaced de humidifier water panel provided by the customer. I made the necessary adjustments and connections to conclude with the situation. The customers asked multiple questions which were answered satisfactorily. I gave them a detailed guide to how the system works. I explained to them about the situation with the system.
