Customers carrier infinity thermostat is displaying error codes- please review: * inspected the carrier infinity thermostat at arrival to see if any error codes are being displayed * the thermostat is showing a message for the humidifier water panel to be replaced * the thermostat is also showing a message for routine maintenance recommended * the thermostat was checked and the humidifier is OFF * the customer stated that it had been shut down previously for leaks- confirm water and bypass damper to unit closed and there is water damage on the ceiling from previous leaks * the furnace was inspected / tested and operational at this time * the thermostat was checked for last 10 system events checking for any failures- only humidity sensor but no heating / furnace faults * we have never serviced the heating for this location Maintenance is recommended on furnace with filter replacement/ neutralizer mineral replacement- office to follow up with scheduling View visual findings from
