Today I arrived on site Issue Confirmation: Confirmed the HWH was leaking, resulting in basement flooding. Fault Diagnosis: Determined the HWH was the source of the leak and requires replacement. Resolution: Customer approved the installation of a new HWH. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the HWH in the basement is leaking water. The client was instructed to close the shut off valves to prevent the passage of water to the HWH. I proceeded to do the visual inspection of the HWH. I found that this HWH is leaking water from the internal tank. I showed him and recommended that he should install a new HWH. I provided the customer with an estimate of the installation cost of a new HWH 50 gals. The client accepted the proposal to install a new HWH AO Smith of 50 gals. I contacted the office and provided the necessary information to proceed to the next step. The customer will have a new HWH installed on that occasion. View visual findings from this job
