The leak is at the bottom of the customers water meter. I explained to the customer that he would have to reach out to his water company to have the meter replaced. Smell / noise on first floor: * The customer brought me up to the powder room on the first floor off of the kitchen * There is water damage on the outside wall in the kitchen opposite of the powder room * The customers steam boiler is on and running * You can hear steam leaking inside of the wall from What appears to be the radiator * This is a built-in small radiator- There is no valve to isolate the radiator at this time * This radiator needs to be replaced and walls may need to be ope
