View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-6ACC139C589F44E698B5DCED026DD6CC Customer stated his water heater is making a loud humming noise with vibration coming from the tank: The customer has a burning Alpine boiler with an HTP Indirect storage tank At arrival, the boiler is on and running for central heating- Normal operations no noise Test the domestic hot water zone- Found that With a call for domestic hot water that there is a loud humming noise coming from the indirect storage tank ( not the pump ) And vibration on the tank can be felt by hand. The boiler went off on a soft lockout. The system reset and began working normally. The circulator pump is operational and supply and return piping all heating. Notice that customer has a three speed pump on highest speed and is a short loop- lower pump speed down and noise quiets down.
