Today I arrived on site to address the cooling issue with the AC system checked a Lenox furnace unit w/ Evap coil in the Attic. Diagnostics: Determined the 2nd & 3rd floor AC system was not cooling properly. Identified that the system serves both the 2nd and 3rd floors. Repairs: Discovered a damaged starter cap on the condenser unit. Observed low pressures at the system. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the system stopped cooling. I proceeded to verify the tstat of the systems. Losbtstats are operating well at the moment. Tstats readings 85-80 F temps. Air vente blowing air at 85F. I proceeded to verify the AHU in the Attic. The system is apparently working well. I proceeded to verify the condenser unit for the 2nd & 3rd floor system. I found the condenser unit not working. I checked the electronic components and found the starter cap damaged. I showed it to the client and recommended replacing it with a new one. The customer approved to make
