Today I arrived on site to address the issue of the thermostat changing the temperature on its own. Thermostat Issue:Identified the thermostat was running on a programmed schedule. Set the thermostat to "hold" mode. System Status:Confirmed the heating system is now operating well. Upon arriving at the property, the client mentioned that the tstat is changing the temperatures in hourly leaders. I showed the client that the tstat is running in programming. The client mentioned explained that he wants to manipulate the tstat manually. I showed him and explained to the client how to manipulate and program the tstat manually. I started the system and monitoring for a few minutes. The system started normally. No failures or malfunction occurred during monitoring.
