View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-B152C1B77CE24DDC9801D1C8910BC118 Return to replace evaporator coil on second floor Unico heat pump system : * at arrival confirm equipment is correct * start reclaiming refrigerant from system- * while reclaiming refrigerant braze in 7/8 and 3/8 stubs outside to new evaporator coil and install TXV * once all refrigerant is reclaimed - cut out evaporator coil and disconnected return duct work * cut out drain line and removed AFS * installed and set new evaporator coil in place and secure * pipe in line set to new evaporator coil * preform nitrogen pressure test on system at 300psi checking all connections with bubbles- no leaks * place system into deep vacuum with core valve pins removed on both sides * reconnect return duct work-pipe drain line back into condensate pump and connect AFS * secure all connections and clean up 100% of work space * system is holding in deep vacuum over 1 hour of run time * in
