Today I arrived on site Noise Investigation: Diagnosed the outdoor condenser unit as the source of the noise. Fault Identification: Confirmed the condenser compressor is making noise. Leak Detection: Discovered the Ductless HeatPump system is leaking, resulting in low pressure. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained that the outdoor unit has been making noise. I proceeded to verify the system. I found the system compressor making noise. I checked the system pressures. The pressures are low. I explained and showed the client the situation with the system. I recommended the client to consider replacing the entire system. This is a carrier ductless HeatPump s system with X3 indoor head. X1 condenser unit. The client understood the situation. I explained to the client that I would send all the information to management to be contacted on Monday to set up a visit with the project manager to discuss prices and options for new heating systems.
