Upon arrival spoke with customer. Customer is explaining that main thermostat was reading ambient temperature of 77 while thermostat sat for 64F degrees. Inspected thermostat, check thermostat programming. Program is set for temperature of 70 throughout the day 62 a night. Customer currently have thermostat holding temperatures of 64F degrees. Inspected boiler and had thermostat call for heat. Boiler is on / running when receiving call from main steam thermostat. Boiler shut down when thermostat stopped calling for heat. Cycle boiler on once more for hot water loop. Boiler ran and reached set temperature before shutting down. Boiler is operating normally @ this time. Explained to customer the possibility of thermostat having an intermittent issue. Customer will monitor thermostat temperatures and follow up with us if thermostat needs to be replaced.
