Today I arrived on site Aquastat Issue:Identified an aquastat malfunction in the kitchen zone. Confirmed the aquastat relay required replacement. Confirmed automatic air vet required replacement. Upon arrival at the property. The client explained to me that the tstat of the kitchen area is not working properly. The client mentioned that the tstat is set up to 72 but the temperature does not rise more than 68F. Confirm that the tstat is set up to 72 and registering an ambient temperature of 67-68. I proceeded to verify the system. I found that the Aqua-stat relay in the kitchen area is not working properly. I showed her and explained to the client that the Aquastat needs to be replaced. The client said that she will contact the office to schedule the appointment to replace the defective Aquastat. Office to follow the client to confirm the repair.
