View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-0013-7B771E990CF5490598A5A42271EA98D6 Preform maintenance on (1) Crown gas fired water boiler from 02/1998: shut power to the boiler at arrival Shut gas valve down and turn off pilot light Check the water, pressure and temperature in the boiler- Pressure gauge is reading zero Found the valve closed to the boiler supply water feed Dismantle burner section and removed all burners from the boiler Vacuum and brushed out all burners, clean and clear Vacuumed and dusted under boiler heat, exchanger, and burner section Vacuum and dusted boiler cabinet, piping and components, clean and clear Inspected heat exchanger / flue piping and damper motor- ok customer approved replacement of worn out thermocouple- removed existing and installed brand new Securing in pilot assembly, and gas valve Relight pilot- Stays lit first try Secure all electrical wiring, and components Open valve to water feed- Feeder begins filling boil
