Performed heating maintenance one navian Hot water boiler removed and cleaned igniter and flame sensor. Inspected burner chamber removed and cleaned fresh air strainer removed and cleaned condensate reservoir trap. Highly recommend to replace neutralizer rocks in condensate pump. Also performed maintenance on three unico High velocity Hydro air handlers, inspected and sprayed heating coils inspected blower wheels and fan motors.
