Today I arrived on site to address an emergency call out regarding a no-heat situation. Heating System Inspection & Repair: Identified the GVD-7 Damper as stuck in the closed position. Addressed the stuck damper issue. Located a leak in the LWCO sensor. Confirmed the LWCO sensor was faulty. Upon arriving at the property, the client directed me to the basement where the boiler unit is. The client explained to me that the unit is not turning on for some reason. The client mentioned that we installed this boiler this year, not long ago. I proceeded to verify the tstat, confirm that the tstat calling for heat. I proceeded to verify the unit. I found that the unit was presenting a fault with the GVD-7 Damper. I found the flue damper locked in the closed position. I opened the damper manually. The unit began to operate normally. I did a visual inspection of the unit. I found a water leak coming from the LWCO sensor. I explained to the client what was the cause of the union not t
