Return to break down boiler and preform heat exchanger cleaning: * shut power to boiler * shut gas supply to boiler * open boiler cabinet door * break union and disconnect piping from gas valve * disconnect and removed all electrical wiring from blower motor, igniter, flame rod and gas valve * removed flame rod and igniter from boiler * removed bolts holding heat exchanger door on * removed the entire front plate, burner head, and gas train assembly * lots of debris inside heat exchanger * brushed heat exchanger with plastic nylon brush and vacuumed all debris out * continue to brush heat exchanger and spray clean with fresh water- repeat multiple times * flushed out all debris into condensate trap * removed condensate trap, Flushed clean and prime with freshwater * Reinstalled and secured condensate trap back in place and connect back to gravity drain * Installed burner head, front heat Exchanger plate and gas train assembly back into boiler and secure in place tightly with bolts * I
