Upon arrival spoke with customer, customer is explaining that system stopped working. Adjusted thermostat to call for heat. Switch fan from auto to On. Checked air handler and branch box control settings. No error code was flashing @ either boards. Checked applied voltage. 240 volts available at control. Checked outdoor unit, condenser is on/running. Check pressure and temperature to be stable. Suction line is hot to the touch. Informed customer that with system operating correctly @ this time I’m unable to diagnose a working system. Explained to customer that if system is showing intermittent issues and should fail after today’s visit 11/24/25 customer should leave system as is until we’re able to inspect system.
