We reset the system, and it began to operate normally and has been since that time. * At arrival, both units are on and running * Check the air coming out of the units to confirm they are heating properly * Shut the systems down at the remote * Remove the air filters and clean them- Very little dust * Reinstall the clean air filters And turned both systems back on for heating * Check the outdoor condensing unit- Remove buildup of ice and snow on top of the system * The condensing unit is on and running- Check indoor airflow and temperature splits- okay * Check all flare connections for any signs of oil- none * Monitor system operations and confirm no faults or
