GAS WATER BOILER: shut down equipment Removed all burner tubes / flame guard and roll out switch Preformed maintenance on pilot assembly and spark ignition Vacuumed and dusted out boiler cabinet and components Vacuumed and dusted out all burner tubes clean and clear Polished and wipe down inside boiler cabinet and components Inspected heat exchanger and flue piping- okay Test and check system expansion tank, water feed, back flow, air vents and relief valves- okay Secured and inspected all electrical wiring and connections Reassembled all components back into boiler and return power Run and test all heating zones- confirm all circulator pumps are on and running and supply and return piping heating properly System shuts down at temp of 180 degrees- okay Pressure remains normal Test system safety’s to insure normal operations Return all thermostats back to original settings Check and checked HWH. Check for leak, no leakage at this moment. Check gas control valve-ok Check safeties-o
