Customer has no heat and no hot water in the home: - At arrival, I found the Navien boiler on a lockout for ignition failure - shut power down to the boiler - Removed boiler cabinet door - Removed flame rod and spark igniter- not in terrible condition - Cleaned both components with copper bristle brush, and polished clean with steel wool- igniter is in best condition as possible - Reinstalled and secured component back into boiler - Return power to system- the boiler fires for central heating - Test both central heating circulator pumps and confirm normal operations - Test domestic, hot water, and confirm hot water at sinks and faucet- had customer feel to confirm - Besides the basement baseboard zone, the entire house is single zone, cast-iron radiators- need time to heat home back up to temperature - There is a drip from one of the unions underneath the boiler on the return side of the system- I believe the small drip is caused from the boiler being off and expansion- after the
