2019 Goodman AC running in new condition. 20x25x1 air filter in good condition and on schedule with homeowner. Visual inspection of indoor. Flush condensation drain pan and drain lines. Inspect blower system. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 20F with supply temp of 46F. Outdoor unit coils are clean. Unit is level on brackets. 50/5 capacitor is within spec. Refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 265psi with 8F SC, low 105psi with 14F SH. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
