2023 Trane AC running in great condition. 20x25x1 air filter in good condition. Humidifier damper is closed. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 18F with supply temp of 54F. Refrigerant pressures are within spec. High 340psi with 12F SC, low 130psi with 20F SH. Outdoor coils are in clean condition. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within specs. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
