2009 Bryant United technologies package geothermal 50YDV072 6 Ton system is completely depleted of all refrigerant charge. Factory requires 156 Oz 9.75 lb of r410a. Unfortunately this system has lived a very difficult and hard life by having the compressor, the coax heat exchanger, and the evaporator coil all replaced at some point in time and records of refrigerant leaks dated back to 2014. Currently there is oil spray on the side of the compressor and dripping oil on the compressor discharge line indicating multiple leaks in different areas. Original Bryant zone system is obsolete with no repair parts available. Recommend completely deleting the zone system in the house with the replacement of the new equipment or upgrading to a fully communicating intellizone 2 with redesigned ductwork Under these conditions Western Air is unable to provide any further assistance with this equipment and recommends the geothermal package be replaced Cathy Shankland, will be in contact ASAP 614
