Original call was to check panel gfci receptacle. Upon my arrival I was led to the basement and shown the panel. While there, customer noted and myself that the breaker was not tripped, but instead it was off. During assessment I noted the lack of surge protection as well as no gfci protection for the sump pump. Lastly I noted that the exterior receptacles are not weather rated. The receptacle on the lower rear of home has no gfci protection. The bathrooms and exterior receptacles have gfci protection from the panel gfci. We recommend that the exter receptacles be brought to todays safety standards and surge protection be installed. We have delivered pricing regarding the repairs.
