I originally came to customers house to diagnose flickering lights throughout the home when I came out it was determined that this was a BG&E issue but when I was doing my assessment I did notice that there was a cut in the SEU cable so I gave the customer some options to get them fixed she agreed but as I was doing the electrical panel and making my connections I found that the main lugs were stripped along with the neutral lug we will have to return to install everything in the electrical panel Today I installed 2 8 foot ground rods in the Earth then I ran a number four ground from one to the other into the main electrical panel then from the main electrical panel I ran a number four ground wire to the Coldwater entrance and I bonded the Home at the water heater Today (4-1-2024) i removed the customers seu cable from meter to panel and pulled it outside then spliced the new seu cable to it and pushed that inside the home into the main electrical panel.
