This solution includes a new 200A service, panel, updated grounding and bonding. In addition we shall install 2 new 120V dedicated circuits, first circuit shall power the dehumidifier, the second circuit shall be used to alleviate circuit load associated with first floor lighting. Lastly we shall install a new counter top receptacle for coffee area, this circuit shall be fed from existing kitchen circuit and now be gfci protected. This also includes the installation of all devices on circuit 12 and repair to the exterior light. We have begun the project, we have updated the homes grounding and bonding today. We shall return this Friday to begin installation of the new circuits. We have returned and installed the kitchen counter receptacle for coffee area.
