Reason for today’s visit was to check two switches that were not working properly. The first switch was located in the kitchen to the right of the sink that controls the undercabinet lights. The second switch was located in the second-floor right bedroom at the top of the stairs that controlled an outlet. The second floor switch was a smart ecobee switch the customer had installed. The switch was no longer working properly but was getting proper power. The switch was no longer working properly but was getting proper power. Customer stated he was going to purchase a new one and replaced it himself. The second switch that was located in the kitchen was a lighted switch. The switch was working however it was causing the low-voltage undercabinet lights to strobe occasionally when the switch was off. This will happen a lot of times with low voltage lights that are controlled by light and switch. We removed the lighted switch and installed a standard decor style switch. The lights are no lon
