Customer called us out for gfci in the kitchen. After looking at the gfci I noticed it’s age right away I took it out and tested for power and found that nothing was wrong with the voltage or anything. So I recommended we just replace it. The customer also mentioned that the exhaust fan in the hallway was old nutone and was very noisy. I recommended we replace with a whisper fan. When I went to the panel I noticed it was a old wadsworth panel and should be replaced especially since the service cable was also ripped walking through the home I noticed nothing else really wrong with the home so I just recommended a panel swap with new service cable.
