Pride Plumbing was called out to investigate a water pressure issue and a toilet not flushing properly. For the pressure issue, we found a backflow and it had a pressure reducing valve (PRV) on the backside of it. We opened the backflow all the way and it blew out debris and fixed the pressure and volume issue. For the toilet, we found a cleanout and backwater valve and was able to give them some relief, but we discovered that the drain line was crushed about 25 feet from the cleanout, and the backwater valve was going bad due to not opening when holding water.
