Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) replace a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) at the water meter (attaching it to the existing Schedule 40 PVC pressure outside main water supply line with new Schedule 40 PVC pressure piping and fittings and adding a ball water shutoff valve) due to low water pressure in the building; 2) remove and replace the Sloan flush valve assemblies on two Kohler commercial toilets; 3) replace a three-compartment stainless-steel kitchen sink's PVC air gap assembly and hard-pipe it into the sink's drain in the wall; and 4) install a new water pressure tank using copper ProPress fittings.
